(the “Contest”)

Official Rules and Regulations (the “Contest Rules”)

THE CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest entry period commences at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 27, 2012 and concludes at 6:00 pm ET on April 13, 2012 (the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to residents of Ontario, who are twenty one (21) years of age or older, have a valid passport before and for the duration of the trip and be able to travel to the destination. Employees, directors and officers of Aaben Windows and Doors Ltd., CKWS-FM and Corus Entertainment Inc. (the “Contest Sponsors”) any affiliate (as defined in the Canada Business Corporations Act) of the Contest Sponsors (the “Affiliates”) employees, directors and officers of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, as well as family members of any of the foregoing or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older in accordance with the Grand Prize hotel’s age restrictions.

To be eligible, listeners must be registered members of CKWS-FM Insiders (the “Club”). To join the Club, log on to www.ckwsfm.com (the “Website”) and complete the online registration form in full. All previously registered members of the Club are eligible to enter.

Any guest of the Grand Prize winner must also be able to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada with a valid passport

HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest:

1) Visit the Website during the Contest Period, click on the Contest page, fill out the form in full (including a phone number where you may be reached during the day) and select a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of three (3) time slots as per the schedule below (each, a “Time Slot”) which indicate the time(s) of day when the entrant must be listening to CKWS-FM. Failure to complete the form may result in disqualification.

Mondays - Fridays: 6:00 a.m. to 9:59 a.m. ET

10:00 a.m. to 1:59 p.m. ET

2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET

Each day during the Contest Period during each Time Slot, CKWS-FM will randomly select one (1) eligible entry from the pool of entries and contact him or her by telephone, as provided by the entrant in their Contest entry form.

The selected caller will be asked a current events or pop culture trivia question (each, a “Trivia Question”) for a chance to qualify for the Grand Prize draw. A caller who answers the Trivia Question correctly will win, subject to these Contest Rules, two (2) tickets to Buzz Collins Comedy Hypnosis show on April, 18, 2012 at The Grand Theatre (approximate retail value of $60) (the “Qualifying Prize”) and will qualify for the Grand Prize draw taking place the date of the Buzz Collins Comedy Hypnosis show (each a “Qualifier”).

Note: If the selected caller is unavailable by telephone, he or she will forfeit the Grand Prize and the next eligible entrant will be contacted, until an entrant can be reached.

PARENTAL WARNING: Some content at Buzz Collins Comedy Hypnosis show may not be suitable for children. Parental discretion is advised.

2) As an alternate method of entry, during the Contest Period, an on-air host at CKWS-FM will invite listeners to call ph. 613-542-4487 at specified times during the day, for a chance to qualify. During such calls, listeners will be asked to answer a Trivia Question. A caller who answers the Trivia Question correctly will, subject to these Contest Rules, also win the Qualifying Prize and will qualify for the Grand Prize draw taking place the date of the Buzz Collins Comedy Hypnosis show.

NOTE: Though listeners may try to call in on multiple occasions, only one (1) entry per person is permitted during the Contest Period. Multiple entries will be discarded. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are reproduced, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

WINNER SELECTION

On April 18, 2012, at approximately 9:00 p.m. ET, one (1) eligible Qualifier will be randomly selected as the winner of the Grand Prize, as described below. The selected Qualifier must be in attendance at The Grand Theatre to win the Grand Prize. Potential Grand Prize winners found to be ineligible, decline to accept the Grand Prize or who are unable to be contacted (including failing to return phone calls or emails) within two (2) business days of the draw will forfeit the Grand Prize and another eligible entrant may be selected in Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion.

THE GRAND PRIZE AND GRAND PRIZE VALUE

There is one (1) Grand Prize to be won. The Grand Prize consists of the following:

return airfare, based on economy class, for two (2) persons between Toronto, Ontario and Las Vegas, Nevada, departing May 26, 2012 and returning on May 29, 2012,
three (3) nights’ standard accommodation (based on double occupancy) at a hotel selected by in Las Vegas, and
all hotel taxes and processing fees.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is CDN$2,000.

Hereinafter, the Grand Prize and the Qualifying Prizes are referred to as a “Prize” or “Prizes”, unless otherwise specified.

DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING A PRIZE

Following confirmation as a Prize winner in accordance with the Contest Rules, selected entrants will be given instructions and a deadline as to how they must claim the Prize. Potential winners who fail either to claim the Prize or to inform the Contest Sponsors his/her inability to claim the Prize before the deadline, as instructed, will forfeit the Prize and another eligible entrant may be selected in Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

i) All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein as part of the Prize description, including but not limited to ground transportation not specifically mentioned in Section 5 above, airport improvement fees, travel insurance, out-of-country medical insurance, if applicable, trip cancellation insurance, connector flights, sightseeing tours, tips, departure taxes, fees and surcharges, excess baggage fees, costs associated with obtaining travel documents, visas, or necessary vaccinations, or items of a personal nature (the “Expenses”) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner (and/or guest(s) where applicable). Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s) are solely responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance, including but not limited to, medical) and hereby acknowledge that Contest Sponsors have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance;

ii) A valid credit card will be required upon check in at the hotel;

iii) The Grand Prize trip must be taken during the dates outlined in section 5 (the “Travel Period”), subject to availability. Blackout periods may apply. All Grand Prize elements are subject to availability and substitution. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Contest Sponsors reserves the right to structure travel routes and select hotels in their sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsors. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary from the same departure airport. Elements of the Grand Prize trip (including, without limitation, airfare and lodging) may not be used towards loyalty programs. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel during the Travel Period, he or she will forfeit the Grand Prize and an alternate winner may be selected in Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion;

iv) Grand Prize winner and his/her travel guest(s) must be in possession of a valid passport and other necessary travel documents upon selection, which documents must be valid prior to, and for the duration of the trip. Grand Prize winner and each of his/her guest(s) must be able to travel to The United States of America. Failure to obtain necessary travel documentation, including but not limited to, to any requisite Travel Consent Forms proving that the custodial parent or legal guardian has the requisite permission to travel with a minor, will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize;

v) If any guest of the winner has not reached the age of majority in his or her province of residence by the date the prize is awarded, the winner must be his/her custodial parent or legal guardian, who has agreed to be fully and legally responsible for his/her Minor guest(s) for the duration of the Grand Prize trip;

vi) The Grand Prize winner, and his or her guest, may not enter licensed establishments unless they are twenty-one (21) years of age or older; and

vii) The Grand Prize winner and his or her guest must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, all local laws while in Las Vegas, Nevada.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid, eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES

None of the Contest Sponsors makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. Prize winners understand(s) and acknowledge that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from the Contest Sponsors should a Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to a Prize winner.

DECLARATION AND RELEASE OF PRIZE WINNER

(a) Before being awarded a Prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited skill-testing mathematical question, and

(b) Before being awarded a Prize, the selected entrant and his or her guest (or guest(s)’s custodial parent or legal guardian, if a minor) each must sign a standard form Declaration and Release of Liability (the “Release Forms”) confirming that by entering the Contest:

he or she read, understood and accepted these Contest Rules;

that he or she understands that acceptance of the Prize may involve danger and/or exposure to risks and hazards of both man-made and natural origin, whether arising from foreseeable or unforeseeable human error and negligence, and that, as a result, he or she may suffer damage to personal property, serious personal injury, illness or even death;

that he or she nevertheless freely and voluntarily agrees and does hereby assume any and all risks of personal injury, illness, death arising out of or connected with his or her participation in the Contest and winning a Prize; and

that he or she releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless Facebook Inc., Twitter, Inc. the Grand Theatre, Buzz Collins, the Contest Sponsors, the Affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, representatives, licensors, hotels, airlines, contractors, and agents as well as their respective advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Prize, or in connection with participation in this Contest or a Contest-related activity, including, without limitation, any financial, legal or moral responsibility or loss or personal injury including death or damage to or loss of property suffered or incurred or arising from participating in the Contest or accepting a Prize, whether suffered by the Prize winner, or by his or her heirs, administrators, personal representatives or executors, and notwithstanding that such injuries or losses may have been caused solely or partly by any act, omission, negligence or gross negligence of any or all of the Releasees.

Release Forms will be available to sign at the radio station (170 Queen Street, Kingston, Ontario). Prizes will only be awarded upon (a) verification of the answer to the skill questions and (b) return of the fully executed Release Forms. Failure to return a signed Release Form as instructed within three (3) business days of being sent by the Contest Sponsors will result in disqualification. Prize winners are responsible for obtaining and returning signed copies of Release Forms from their guests, if applicable.

PRIZE SUBSTITUTION

Prizes and prize portions are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash surrender value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, except as may decided by Contest Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify a Prize, or prize portion, with (a) Prize(s) of equal or greater value for any reason. Should a winner be unable to claim his/her Prize or prize portion as awarded, his/her rights to that Prize or prize portion will be forfeited.

TERMINATION/MODIFICATION

Subject to applicable law, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, and/or modify the Contest Rules or administration of the Contest, in whole or in part, without prior notice with no obligation or liability, including, if for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, whether due to technical failure, tampering, fraud, corruption of security or other causes beyond the control of the Contest Sponsors. The Releasees are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorists acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, volcanic eruption, tsunami, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, performers’ illness, injury or death, or any other cause beyond the Releasees’ sole control.

OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES

All entries shall become the property of the Contest Sponsors and their advertising and promotional agencies. The Releasees assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise indecipherable entries due to any failure or technical malfunction of the telephone network, on-line computer systems of equipment, servers, access providers, software, poor reception, technical problems, failure of any email or submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause.

PUBLICITY

By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his or her name, city of residence, photograph, voice, likeness, image or any other aspect of his or her personality for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, throughout the world, in all media, in perpetuity, by the Contest Sponsors, promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies, without any payment or compensation. The Prize winner further agrees that his or her audio reaction may be used for on-air promotional purposes. Entrants understand and acknowledge that CKWS-FM may contact him or her on-air without prior knowledge as a result of his or her participation in the Contest.

CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, city, email address, home and office telephone numbers (the “Registrant Information”), each Contest entrant grants permission to the Contest Sponsors to collect and use of the Registrant Information for the exclusive purpose of administering the Contest and selecting the Grand Prize winner(s). No correspondence will take place between the Contest Sponsors and the entrants except in connection with the Contest and, in the case of the Grand Prize winner, as a result of entering the Contest and winning the Grand Prize. TAMPERING

If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsors that corrupts, impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Contest and/or Prizes. The Contest Sponsors further reserve the right to disqualify, from this Contest and future contests of the Contest Sponsors, any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process. The Contest Sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a Prize if, in the Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion, the Contest Sponsors determine that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the Contest Sponsors representatives. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages (including lawyers’ fees) from any such entrant or any other individual to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Contest, the entrant agrees that the Releasees shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by the entrant for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of entering the Contest, the acceptance, possession, use, enjoyment or misuse of any Prize, or while preparing for, participating in any Contest-related or Prize-related activity. The Releasees are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by any of the Releasees, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions that may cause damage to a user’s system or limit an potential entrant’s ability to participate in the Contest.

COMPLIANCE WITH CONTEST RULES

All entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsors.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada and of each province, territory and municipality of Canada, respectively.

1. THE CONTESTS

These Rules and Regulations apply to all contests running on CKWS FM (the Contests”).

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

3. ELIGIBITY

The Contests are open to residents of Ontario who are Eighteen (18) years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), but excluding employees, directors and officers of CKWS FM, Corus Entertainment Inc. (“Corus”), any affiliate (as defined in the Canada Business Corporations Act) of CKWS FM, or Corus (the “Affiliates”), employees, directors and officers of the Contest sponsor(s) (the “Sponsor(s)”), employees, directors and officers of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, as well as family members of any of the foregoing.

4. HOW TO ENTER AND HOW TO WIN

Listen to CKWS FM for specific instructions on how to enter and win each Contest.

5. THE GRAND PRIZE(S)

The Grand Prizes may include, without limitation, CDs, DVDs, gift certificates, concert or movie tickets, books, and passes to local festivals.

6. THE GRAND PRIZE VALUE

The approximate value of the Grand Prizes will range between $10 and $500.

7. DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING GRAND PRIZE

The Grand Prize winner must claim the Grand Prize within thirty (30) days of winning (the “Deadline”). If the Grand Prize winner fails either to claim the Grand Prize or inform CKWS FM, as the case may be, of his or her inability to claim the Grand Prize before the Deadline, his or her entry will be forfeited.

8. EXPENSES

The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all incidental expenses incurred in connection with accepting the Grand Prize, including, but not limited transportation costs to and from the offices or studios of CKWS FM, as the case may be, to claim the Grand Prize (the “Expenses”). The Grand Prize winner understands that he or she may not seek reimbursement for the Expenses from CKWS FM, Corus, the Affiliates, the Sponsor(s) or their respective advertising and promotional agencies.

9. LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED

Multiple entries are permitted for any of the Contests.

10. CHANCES OF WINNING

Chances of winning depend on the number of listeners of CKWS FM at the time of any of the Contests.

11. NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES

Before being awarded the Grand Prize the Grand Prize winner must:

- that he or she releases CKWS FM, Corus, the Affiliates, the Sponsor(s), and all of their directors, officers, employees, agents as well as their respective advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability arising in connection with participation in the Contest and acceptance of the Grand Prize, including, without limitation, any financial, legal or moral responsibility or loss or personal injury including death or damage to or loss of property suffered or incurred or arising from participating in the Contest or accepting the Grand Prize, whether suffered by the Grand Prize winner, or by his or her heirs, administrators, personal representatives or executors, and notwithstanding that such injuries or losses may have been caused solely or partly by any act, omission, negligence or gross negligence of any or all of the Releasees.

13. GRAND PRIZE TO BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED

The decision of the Contest judges is final, and the Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. No portion of the Grand Prize is transferable. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of the Grand Prize is offered. Should the Grand Prize winner be unable to claim the Grand Prize as awarded, his or her entry will be forfeited and another eligible Contest participant will be selected.

14. SUBSTITUTION OR CHANGE TO THE CONTESTS

CKWS FM, Corus, the Sponsor(s) and their respective advertising and promotional agencies reserve the right to substitute the Grand Prize or any component thereof for those of approximately the same value and reserve the right to change the Contest rules or terminate or withdraw the Contest at any time, without prior notice.

15. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES

All entries shall become the property of CKWS FM, Corus, the Sponsor(s) and their advertising and promotional agencies. The Releasees assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise indecipherable entries due to any failure or technical malfunction of the telephone network, on-line computer systems of equipment, servers, access providers, software, poor reception, technical problems, failure of any email or submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause.

16. CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONALITY

19. COMPLIANCE WITH CONTEST RULES

All contestants agree to abide by the Contest Rules, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of CKWS FM, Corus and the Sponsor(s).

20. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada and of each province, territory and municipality of Canada, respectively.
